RTNE is a supply chain builder and facilitates the booking of accommodation / activity / package through service providers, who offer accommodation and services to tourists. Hence by agreeing to make payments and/or accept confirmation note/voucher, guests implicitly agree to following Terms & conditions:
INFORMATION:
The information available on the portal www.rtne.co.in is based on the first hand data collected by RTNE's partner Destination Management Companies aimed to cater to different segment of travellers, hence may or may not be suitable to all customer segments. Hence, the customers are advised to act at their own discretion. Also, the duration of stay provided in the web-pages is only recommendatory and it is for the customers to make informed decision.
RESERVATION:
- Booking is confirmed subject to full payment.
- An accommodation is blocked for maximum of 24 hours and unless specified in written communication from RTNE and is automatically relieved after the expiry of the period.
- All extras are paid directly.
- Before confirming rooms to the customers, RTNE makes it sure that the room is available. In a rare case when the room is confirmed and the confirmation voucher is sent to the customer and still the room is not available to customer, RTNE's liability is limited to the full amount of reservation charges. However, RTNE will try reasonably to provide next best available option on best effort basis.
CANCELLATION:
RTNE is a facilitator which provides unbiased information and helping agents to book stay options in tourist destinations (famous & offbeat) of India. RTNE works on behalf of accommodation providers and hence follow the cancellation policy of each accommodation provider. However, a general policy statement that covers a majority of the accommodation options is mentioned below( which may be clarified with the agents when a customer is booking ).
- Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days prior to date of check-in,the customer shall be eligible to receive up to 50%of billed amount(excluding service charges and taxes)
- Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date, the customer shall not be eligible for any refund .
- In case of any query processing relating to cancellation/postponement/modification, a processing charge of Rs. 100 would be levied or deducted from the net amount payable.
- For any cancellation made by the agent, the amount will be credited in the agent’s account held by RTNE. The same can be used by the agent for the next booking. It will takea minimum of 21 business days to process the payment.
- The information on accommodations listed are provided by rural entrepreneurs. RTNE does evaluate the property contents for conformance to quality standards. However the information/Pictures listed on the RTNE may vary with actual due to non controllable factors(Climatic, Seasonal, Natural Calamities etc). As quality is a subject matter, hence, you may validate through the website and other means once before booking/confirming the accommodation.
As mentioned above RTNE acts as a facilitator between the guests and the accommodation providers, to get the bookings done. However, in case of any dispute related to refunds, cancellations, postponements etc., guest will have to deal directly with the hotel/service Provider management on a "principal to principal" basis, however, RTNE will provide all reasonable support and guidance for the guest/agents in this regard ( except for RTNE's on-site representation).

CHILD POLICY:
- Children below five years of age will be accommodated free of charge in their parents' room.
- In the case of children in the 6-12 age groups, an extra mattress is provided at an additional charge at each stay on request.
- In all policy matters, the accommodation provider has a final say and Customer is/are bound by their policies.
INDEMNITY:
- As a customer, he/she is fully aware of the dangers and inherent risks of illness, injury, death, loss & damage of property that may be involved in travelling to some of the remote location offered by RTNE.
- Customer should inform himself about the suitability of the place as well the services available therein.
- The customer understands that it is the customer's sole responsibility to insure him/her self, belongings and any other valuable assets. The customer will not be entitled to hold RTNE responsible for any loss/damage that may be caused to the customer either for their selves or their belongings.
- The customer is advised to obtain the necessary insurance that is commercially available to protect him/herself and/or the customer's property against accidental death & disability, major medical, emergency medical evacuation, loss of personal effects and trip cancellation.
- The customer understands the risks of the harsh wilderness habitat, the risk of malaria, the forces of nature, the dangers of his participation in outdoor activities and other diseases - all of which are beyond the control of the owner/service provider. The customer recognizes that such risk may be present at any time, before, during and after his or her arrival.
- The customer is fully aware that medical services and other related facilities may not be readily available and Customer should have necessary alternative arrangements.
- The customer agrees not to sue RTNE, the owners, their appointed DMC/agents, associates, office members, suppliers and / or employees on account of any losses, claims, costs, liabilities or damages due to the aforesaid risks or any related risk - and further, and agree not to claim the unenforceability of this Agreement or dispute the validity/existence of this Agreement.
- The customer agrees the foregoing obligation shall be binding upon him or her personally as well as upon his or her heirs, executors, trustees, administrators, nominees, representatives and members.
PAYMENT:
RTNE issues confirmation voucher only on receipt of full amount payable inclusive of taxes. The same is passed on to the accommodation providers as mutually agreed.
