Ashutosh Chauhan: A Mechanical engineer by qualification with specialization in Marine engineering. He served in Merchant navy for a very short period. Ashutosh then joined Jungle lodges and resorts, and was assistant manager in Kabini river Lodge for 2yrs. Ashutosh then moved to delhi, worked for Travel Port Holidays Pvt Ltd for 4 years , managing their North India operations in sales (FIT & Corporate). Before joining RTNE he worked as a consultant for Yo Voyage Holidays Pvt Ltd. focussing on outbound destinations, and offbeat domestic destinations. 

Birendra Pun: A management graduate with more than 4 years of experience in diverse roles managing varied aspects of marketing, sales, operations, financial research, etc. He initially worked with NAFED and was responsible for managing its operations in the NE (North-Eastern) states of the country. During this period, he was deeply involved in supply chain management, price control mechanisms, market intervention, etc. After a period of two years, he moved on to join SEFC (a research center at IFMR) , which specializes in SME research in India. He worked for a year as a Research Associate with the center. His primary area of research was to understand the market for sale/transfer of ownership of SME’s in India or lack thereof. He then moved on to join IFMR Trust where he worked as a consultant to design the Nagaland module for the ICICI foundation fellowship program for development professionals.

His interests includes playing basketball, hiking, travelling and is a voracious reader.

John O'Bryan: An International Economics and Finance graduate with more than six years of e-commerce and web publishing experience. Prior to joining IFMR Venures, he completed his Masters at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where he was recognized as the top Economics and Finance student in his class. A native of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the United States of America, John spent several years managing a variety of high profile consumer web projects for Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. After leaving Microsoft, he traveled extensively throughout rural Africa and Asia. He also managed a pilot project to implement an innovative micro-investment model in rural Uttar Pradesh for Drishti. John is an avid hiker and climber and loves exploring new places in India on his Royal Enfield Bullet. 

Karmveer Rathore: A management graduate with more than 5 years of experience on various aspects of Tourism industry viz. infrastructure development, visitor’s management, carrying capacity analysis in protected areas and designing community involvement and benefit-sharing mechanism. His expertise involves hospitality operations, business development and process improvement consulting.
